Depending on the part availability. Most common parts we have in our trucks or at our local suppliers. In most cases for major repairs, part will have to be picked up from the supplier or ordered.
Do I have time to think about the repair and get back?
Definitely, yes you do. The quote is good for 30 days. Diagnostic fee that you pay will go towards to the final bill so you will just pay the balance.
Will I be charged for diagnostics if part is not longer available by the suppliers?
Yes, because we can't control suppliers on when they decide to discontinue parts.
Do we take deposits?
Yes, we do.
Do we charge sales taxes on the parts?
Yes, we do. For most of the zip codes in OC it is 7.75%.
Where do we get the parts?
Most of our parts are coming from our local dealers. Only OEM parts.
What is the average warranty on the parts?
For most of the parts is 90 days. Some repairs up to 1 year.
How much is the labor?
Depends on the repair, average rate of 165-250.
Do we charge hourly?
No, we do not.
Do we provide warranty repairs?
We do not, best option to call the dealer and have authorized company to do the work since it is under warranty.
Do we work with new appliance that under 2 years old?
We do not. We always recommend to call manufacture to get it done by warranty.
Do we provide installation services?
We do not.
If you have the part, would we install it?
Unfortunately, we would not. Simply, because we can't provide the warranty for the service.
Can I bring my appliance to the shop?
We provide only in home services.

How long does it take to get the parts if its not in stock?
Depending on the suppliers, usually 2-5 business days.
