Appliances are supplied by our partner company, and installation is carried out by its own installers. Royal Appliance Services helps coordinate communication and issues your invoice. We do not operate a showroom or install these purchases ourselves.

The partner confirms available models, specifications, prices, purchase terms, and delivery arrangements before you order. Share your preferred features and budget so the discussion starts with the right options.
Plan delivery and installation
Installation dates, access requirements, removal of the old appliance, and any additional charges are confirmed with the partner. Its installers perform the work; we help keep communication organized.
Put your diagnostic fee toward the purchase
If we have already completed a diagnostic visit and you proceed with an appliance purchase through us, the diagnostic fee you paid is credited toward the final bill issued by Royal Appliance Services.
Review the invoice before you approve
Your invoice sets out the appliance price, diagnostic credit, payment terms, delivery, installation, returns, and warranty details. Appliance purchases and installation have their own coverage, separate from our repair warranty.
Appliance and installation coverage
Appliances typically include a one-year warranty; the provider and applicable coverage are listed on your invoice. Installation is covered for 30 days. Report an installation error within that period and we will coordinate correction with the partner at no additional charge, subject to the invoice terms.
